What information I collect

When you sign up for my newsletter, I collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your first name. If you fill out a commission inquiry form, I collect the contact details and project information you submit. I do not collect payment information directly — all purchases are handled through Etsy or a third-party payment processor.

How I use your information

Your email address is used only to send you the newsletter you signed up for — including new artwork announcements, shop updates, and subscriber offers. Commission inquiry information is used solely to respond to your request. I will never use your information for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Third-party services

My newsletter is managed through Mailchimp, and my website is hosted on Squarespace. Both services have their own privacy policies which govern how they handle data on their platforms. My Etsy shop is subject to Etsy's privacy policy. I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from my newsletter at any time using the link in any email I send. You may also request that I delete your information from my records by emailing me at freyjacgk@gmail.com . If you are located in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

Cookies

My website uses cookies through Squarespace for basic analytics (such as page visits) and functionality. No personally identifiable information is collected through cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
